1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between Gold99 ("Gold99", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual ("User", "Player", "you", or "your") who accesses, registers on, or makes use of the services provided through gold99.buzz. Gold99 operates as an online casino and sports betting platform directed at eligible adult users, including those located in Malaysia.

By completing the registration process, depositing funds, or placing any wager on Gold99, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age, that you are legally permitted to engage in online gaming activities in your jurisdiction, and that you have read and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not accept any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the platform.

Gold99 reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. 2 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

3 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and maintain a Gold99 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not expressly prohibited under applicable law.
• You are registering as a private individual acting on your own behalf, and not as a representative of a corporate entity or on behalf of a third party.
• You have not previously had a Gold99 Account closed, suspended, or terminated for conduct-related reasons.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion agreement or regulatory restriction that would prevent your participation on the Platform.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on Gold99. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any pending balances. Gold99 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of identity, age, residence, or source of funds at any time.

4 Account Responsibilities

Once your Gold99 Account has been created, you assume full responsibility for all activity conducted through that Account. This includes, without limitation, all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested.

• You must keep your login credentials — username, password, and any associated authentication codes — strictly confidential. Gold99 will not be responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access where such access arises from your failure to secure your Account.
• You must notify Gold99 support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Gold99 complies with the laws applicable in your country or territory of residence.
• You must not allow any third party, including family members, to access or use your Account for any purpose.
• Account details, including registered email address and contact number, must be kept up to date. Changes must be communicated to Gold99 support promptly.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

Gold99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) through a range of locally recognised payment channels, subject to minimum transaction thresholds and applicable processing timelines. Supported methods may include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong, among others, subject to availability at the time of the transaction.

• Deposits: Funds deposited into your Gold99 Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Gold99 does not accept third-party deposits. Minimum deposit amounts will be communicated within the platform at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Unverified accounts may be limited in their ability to withdraw funds. Gold99 aims to process eligible withdrawal requests promptly, though processing times may vary depending on the chosen payment channel and verification status.
• Currency: All account balances are held and transactions processed in MYR where applicable. Gold99 accepts no liability for currency conversion differences or fees applied by your payment provider.
• Fraudulent transactions: Any suspicion of fraudulent, charged-back, or reversed transactions may result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.

6 Bonus & Promotional Terms

Gold99 may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, deposit match promotions, cashback rewards, referral bonuses, birthday bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer and form part of this Agreement.

General principles applicable to all Gold99 bonuses include the following:

• Bonuses must be claimed within any stated validity period. Expired bonuses will be automatically removed from the Account Balance without compensation.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any resulting winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x) will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Gold99 reserves the right to determine which games contribute toward satisfying wagering requirements. Live dealer games, certain table games, or specific slots may contribute at a reduced rate or may be excluded entirely.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any indication of systematic bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of promotional structures may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• A minimum deposit of RM 50 (or such other amount as specified per promotion) is typically required to activate a welcome bonus. Please refer to individual promotion pages for exact requirements.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

Gold99 offers a range of services including slot games, live casino tables, virtual table games, and sports betting markets covering events such as the English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA competitions, UFC, and other international sporting fixtures.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. Gold99 will not accept cancellation requests for bets already registered, except where a demonstrable technical fault has caused an erroneous bet to be recorded.
• Gold99 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including, but not limited to, pricing errors, event cancellations, suspected match irregularities, or technical malfunctions.
• Minimum and maximum wager limits apply to all markets and games. Current limits will be displayed within the respective game or betting interface.
• In-play (live) betting markets are subject to suspension or closure at any time. Gold99 accepts no liability for bets that cannot be placed due to market suspension.
• All casino games on Gold99 operate using certified random number generation (RNG) systems. Published RTP figures are provided as long-term statistical averages and do not represent guaranteed returns in any individual session.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on Gold99 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false identity, age, or address information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform or to place bets.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, including using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Colluding with other Players or with third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or game glitches for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing Gold99 staff or other users in any communication channel.
• Attempting to access any area of the Platform or any other user's Account without authorisation.

9 Intellectual Property

All content available on Gold99 — including but not limited to logos, brand names, website design, graphics, software, text, game interfaces, promotional materials, and all associated intellectual property — is either owned by Gold99 or used under licence from third-party rights holders. Nothing in this Agreement transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, reverse engineering, or commercial use of Platform content without the prior written consent of Gold99 is strictly prohibited.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Gold99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses attributable to connectivity interruptions, game malfunctions, or third-party payment processing delays.

Gold99 does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times. Scheduled maintenance or emergency downtime may temporarily affect service availability. Gold99 will endeavour to communicate planned downtime in advance where reasonably practicable.

Nothing in this Agreement limits Gold99's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Malaysian or international law.

11 Privacy & Data

The collection, use, storage, and protection of personal data provided by Gold99 users is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and should be read together with these Terms and Conditions.

By registering on Gold99, you consent to the processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy, including the use of that information for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and the provision of personalised services. Gold99 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12 Responsible Gambling

Gold99 is committed to maintaining a safe gaming environment. The Platform is designed for adult entertainment only and must not be used by individuals under the age of 21. Gold99 provides a range of responsible gambling tools to help players maintain control over their activity.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account.

13 Suspension & Termination

Gold99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Provision of false or unverifiable identity or contact information.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or involvement in criminal activity.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the Player or their payment provider.
• Detection of multi-accounting or collusion with other Players.
• Regulatory or legal requirements that obligate Gold99 to restrict access.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting Gold99 support. Upon closure, any eligible real-money balance (excluding voided bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method, subject to completed KYC and the absence of any active withdrawal holds.

14 Amendments

Gold99 reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, Gold99 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users through the Platform or via registered email address. The date of the most recent revision will be reflected in the "Last Updated" notice displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued access to or use of the Platform after any published amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.

15 Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which Gold99 is licensed. Any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement, or from the use of the Gold99 Platform, shall be subject to the dispute resolution mechanisms applicable under Gold99's operating licence framework.

Nothing in this clause limits the statutory rights of any user under laws applicable in their place of residence that cannot be excluded by contractual agreement.
